Re: Skyline Engine?

you are better off putting a sr20det, since in that same bodystyle they had the sentra se-R and it had a sr20de

Re: Skyline Engine?

anything is possible but its going to cost you.... a lot.

besides this is a front wheel drive car and its not going to matter how much more powerful it is if you cant get the power to the ground.

the sr20det can be a very powerful engine and there is a ton of aftermarket support for it, and im pretty sure it will bolt right up to your tranny or in the worst case scenario you will need the sr20's tranny and the whole thing will bolt up to your current mounts.

Re: Skyline Engine?

The RB probably wouldn't be worth the time and money. Like Reed said, it's much easier to find SR parts anyway.

Re: Skyline Engine?

Aren't the RB series engines I6 Turboor was there an I4 turbo also? If it is an I6 I don't know how your going to fit it in the engine bay, plus aren't all Skylines either AWD or FR? So you'd need a whole backend and a lot of money...

Re: Skyline Engine?

If you're thinking about a Skyline engine, you would most likely need to do a RWD conversion, which is going to cost you a lot more than the car is worth
