Question wiper problem

Trying to fiqure out why my wipers only work now and then. I replaced the wiper motor about 2 years ago and now its happing again. When they do work they are real slow or stop right in the middle of the windsheild.

I do not know the year of your vehicle, but I had a 1994 and there was a GM recall on the Wiper control module. Fixed it for free.

Its probably a short in the wiring, and the motor could be hanging because it came loose.
