Re: zc is it worth it

What other mods does it have? what body type is the civic? Si? DX?

DOHC ZC or SOHC ZC?

EDIT: Which ECU and tranny is it going to use

I would say with at least basic mods, a zc in a CRX (varies with yr and trim lvl) you should be running between a 14.9-15.5 (depends on driving ability and tranny used).

Onimacus, I can't say how much I love your Rex....it always catches my eye....its clean and the wheels are lovely...my style...red rex with dark colored wheels...mmmmm goood.

its dohc its got the older integra ecu in it that goes with the zc and im not sure of the tranny the guy said he thinks its the one that came with the zc. im payin 1500 for it 1990 civic dx...the motors got 46k on it and the body is in good shape. theres msd cheap ignition on it and a short ram intake but i wanna try and fit the v2 on it and get a header and hopen to run in the 14s... what do you think

Re: zc is it worth it

get the ZC tranny and it will help a lot. Make sure its not the dx tranny. it will still be quick but 14's would be hard with the dx tranny. Get a K&N filter on that intake.
