Simple Question... I think....
I know the 93-97 camaro's had the LT1, as the 94 - 96 b-body's did, but I heard they were slightly different, I just need to know will the SLP Loudmouth exhaust system hook up the same way it would to a camaro? (with the LT1 installation kit)
Here's The link http://www.lmperformance.com/711/2.html The Installaton kit is at the bottom, also, which one works with it, if any? |

Re: Simple Question... I think....
Just because the engine is the same doesn't mean you have the same exhaust plumbing.
From the down-pipe to tail pipe, F and B Bods are totally different. |

Re: Simple Question... I think....
Tommy is correct. Everything is different. Your better off with a B-body specific cat-back. I would say they probably flow better than the F-body set up anyway. The difference everyone usually refers to in the two engines is that the F-bodies have alluminium heads and the B-bodies have Iron

Re: Simple Question... I think....
B-body had Iron heads. F-Body LT-1 had Alluminium heads and the LS-1 is completely Alluminium, even the block

Re: Simple Question... I think....
All the plumbing is different between the cars even if you have identical heads
