2000 sephia dash lights are out

i just got a new alternator installed on my car, but right after that the dash lights went out. I think it is just a fuse that blew coincadently, but i dunno. if it were a fuse though, i can't find out which fuse i would need to replace. i don't have a manual for the car, and both the engine and interior fuse box give no help. please help me out, i just need to know which fuse to replace, or what else the problem would be

I have my Manual for the 98 Sephia here.
It says the fuse housing is in the "Driver Side Kick Pannel".
The fuse is labled "Meter" and is 10A.
Used for "Instrument panel, back-up switch, electronic time controle modeuls"
