Ground wire?

Changed the altenator on a 1999 kia sephia, 2.0. There is a 12" ground wire that is in your way og getting to it. Well we took the ground off, and dont know where it goes. Anybody have a pic of the passenger side motor, so I can see where it goes to?

Where is the wire coming from? ie. Motor, firewall, alternator, ect...
