6600°C- pure aluminum
1260°C-pure iron
How is is aluminum bad for high heat applications?

Aluminum will get soft before iron will, or something, besides, it's not pure, it's an alloy.

well aluminum also dissapates heat alot quicker than iron does.....

Maybe it's for the same reasons that many people don't want to, or don't like to weld aluminium.

as long as you bleed your cooling system and have a good set of fans you'll never overheat. check your fans buddy.
