Who has sucessfully imported a Toyota MarkII into the U.S?
Has anybody here successfully imported a Mark II in the U.S. I read something somewhere else where a Russian guy claimed to have imported one to the U.S. But I know that by regulations and the car not having any crash test data in the U.S. they cannot be imported. So how did he? Who else has and what was done?

Re: Who has sucessfully imported a Toyota MarkII into the U.S?
In most cases, or in all cases, if there is no crash-test data for a vehicle from another country, it is against federal regulation to have it imported. I've never actually heard of anyone importing a MarkII to the US...so I think someone's yanking your chain.
