I think they look great. I want to add color to some of my drawings, but I don't know what medium to use.

By the way, I have drawn a NSX and it didn't turn out the way I wanted it too either. The body wasn't long enough and it looked like a little compact.

No, these are special markers, called rough stifts (don't know if this is the correct translation). They alow you to put multiple layers above each other so you can get a gradient in your tint.

Part of my college education includes designing, so I do this from time to time.

Yes, most art suply stores have them here in a lot of colours. If you change the colour table in Photochop you can choose the Pantone colours. This is the colour range of the markers. The markers are made by Letraset.
