02 Grand Cherokee Not blowing hot air?? Help pls

02 Jeep Cherokee, everything seems hot coming out of hoses and into heater core, but air coming out on heat setting is only lukewarm. Can hit the AC button, and temp does change to cooler air, but cannot get hot air out of vents. HELP???
Also, the heated seats are not working, tips on what to check first?

Do you have dual climate control? Have you checked your antifreeze lately?

the ac?heater blend door is broken in the heater box.its made of plastic.so the door is jamed. the whole dash must come out to repair.
