97 F150 No Gauges, What Is Wrong

Well the title says it all, its a 97 f150 4x4 and yesterday the gauges were fine, but today nothing, notta not one single gauge is working, no fuel , no speedo, no tach, no oil pressure, no odometer either. The lights do work on a brighter note though, not that , that helps much. Any one have any ideas, ive checked the two fuses in the fuse panel inside the truck, and they look good. Any help is appreciated. TIA.

Took the gauge assembly out completely and couldnt find any thing out of the ordinary, thought I read somewhere there might be a voltage regulator on the back of it, but couldnt find one.

Did you check the fuses in the box under the hood? Just a thought...

Yes, I checked all the known fuses, took the truck to ford this morning, it was a fuse, they told me it was an undocumented one (probably because it controls the odometer as well) Its all fixed now, next time I
will just tear the truck apart looking for it, lol if there is a next time, hope not.

Update:::::::Fuse apparently blew again on the way home, so now I must contact the ford dealer on monday and let them know they DIDNT FIX it after all.
