19 inchers under 92 hatch fitment?

just a freak question i was thinking of while surfing ebay. will 19x7 wheels fit up under my 92 hatch? i know the largest i have seen run is 18x7.5. i have found 19x7.5 wheels on ebay and am thinking of getting them if i can run them without cutting the tires down. i saw a 03 civic coupe with 17x7.5 wheels and it cut down the tires because they were to wide. i know the offset of the wheel has alot to do with it also but im an idiot when it comes to that. anywho any advice is appreciated and ill keep my eyes out for that auction if y'all want to see it
