I never said order a 180SX from Japan. ( Although that would be pretty sweet! ) I don't really know how else you would get one, though, at least a street legal one.

Fine! Then just get a 240. That is pretty lame, though. "No 180's in the U.S." Who came up with that rule anyway?!?

true... a genuine sil80 would be impossible to obtain in the US.

closest you'll get to it is a s13 silvia front on a US 240sx fastback body w/ a sr20.

move to canada, import an 89/90 280sx (as long as its more than 15 years old to the month), register, drive

WOO

speaking of importing, i saw two R32's driving around, always good to see

A street-legal R32 GTS-T was in the drifting event I went to about a month ago north of Montreal (where I live), along with legal SR and RB26DETT powered 240s!!! God, I love this country.
