computer problem

I have a 92 mustang with an 88 turbo coupe motor and computer in it and I am not getting power from the computer on pins 37 & 57 when I turn on the key. Does this mean the computer is bad.

More than likely, I mean check all your wiring first but if it all looks good then I say its toast.
