info on Diagnostic setup OBD2

Does anybody know what pins go to what on the 1996 or newer OBD2 Diagnostic port? All I can find is the 1995 or older Diagnostic setup (OBD1). A picture or even a list of the pin #'s and what each pin leads to would be greatly appreciated
