'96 Grand Caravan - High fan only
Front A/C and heat work, but only with fan on the highest fan speed setting. Fan does not operate in any setting position other that High. If the fan simply crapped out altogether, I would look to the fuse box, but having different fuses for different fan speed settings doesn't make sense. Or, does it?

blower motor resistor, behind the glove box door.
