does anybody know how to put oil in the ac compressor.

depends on a couple of things. What year is your bird? You can't buy R12 across the counter anymore. If your pressures are where they should be, you may not get anymore in the system and if you do, you could overcharge. I assume you don't have an evac unit to pull a vacuum on the system to charge it properly. You can buy the gauges and the R122a (I think that's the new freon, I'm brain dead tonight) and give it a shot.
