Re: engine swaps

3.8 litre supercharged engine mated to a newer sunfire getrag munchie 5 speed with a custom flywheel, 2-4 months to fabricate, cut, fit, rewire, and wait for reprogrammed modules. Lotta work but FN awesome when done, my buddy did it to his cavi, it feels like your sittin in an old souped up V-8 you can feel every piston fire through your body. NOT A DAILY DRIVER THOUGH!!!!!!!!!

Re: engine swaps

Also don't rule out the 2.2L ecotec those engines were originally designed to handle turbos, you slap a stage 2 turbo, at least, on a stock ecotec and any turbo SRT4 will be eating you dust. Think about that a sunfire with ecotec new $13000 + $2000 to $3000 for turbo = 15000 to 16000. Now price an SRT-4.
