How do you remover washer bottle on an 87?
I have an 87 944 NA and it seems that there is a crack in my washer bottle as I have filled it and it is now almost empty without having used it. It looks as though you have to take out the headlight mechanism to pull it, but I don't want to do that unless I have to. Can anyone tell me how to get it out?

mine drops out the bottom but I've got an 83..

Yes its best to remove the light, also if the brackets become broken the bottle will drop and stop the light from lifting as it should.
