fully tuned?

i js started to play initial D ver.3 at dis arcade by my house.. nd i was js wondering at how many points a car if fully tuned? and also wen a it says parts change should i buy them?

990,000 points is full tuned. no, don't buy parts until you are full tuned, otherwise it just makes the process longer.
