Synthetic Motor Oil for 3.0 DOCH Duratec?
Does anyone have experience using synthetic motor oil in a 3.0 DOHC Duratec? If so, what viscosity? Thanks for any info folks can share.

I run Mobil 1 10w/30 in my 2000 duratec.
I put a ton of highway miles on it and change it every 5K and I also use Mobil 1 filters. Mike
