Fuel Relay?? 2001 Saleen

I Have No Fuel Pressure Going To The Rail The Button In The Trunk Is Fine, The Fuse For The Pump Is Ok Followed The Manual Pin #11 In The Harness Has No Voltage And Should. How Do I Fix This Is There A Relay If So Where Is It Located So I Can Replace It.Any Help Would Be Great.

I've noticed that someone else had this exact problem in the Mustang forum. Run some searches in this forum and you'll find the answer.
