1992 Cadillac Seville
I have just inherited a 1992 Seville and have a problem with the parking brake cable. It's probably siezed from non use. I applied the brake and now cannot release it. Is it much of a problem to get at this cable and either lubricate or replace it. I'm a new member of this forum, so if any one has experience in this area, I would really apprieciate any help.
