Fuel Door Problems

I have a 2000 Ultra that is having fuel door problems. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I have replaced the fuel door solenoid and the push button tests OK with a VOM every time I press it. It seems there is some connection that is intermittent. Any ideas on where to check the plugs in the harness?
