cold air intake question
I saw this item on e-bay and was wondering if it looks like it's worth it? It's a cold air intake let me know I want to bid

Sorry,but it doesnt look like a cold air intake,but maybe a hot air intake
 ....since it will be drawing in warm air from the engine compartment.~Larry~
