All vehicle lights flicker, no stabletrak system
My 1999 Suburban has flickering lights, all of 'em. Headlights, dash lights, interior lights. They oscillate with the engine RPMs so it is less noticible the faster the engine is spinning. I have heard of a fix involving rewiring the altenator. Anyone know any further.

Re-wiring? No replacing the alternator! That is the only way. The brushes inside the alternator are worn, or the voltage regulator is done. This can happen even in reman. alternators. Go get yourself another one.
