I'd like to know if anyone has information related to TSB 01-03-08-002B APR 03 Suspension - Front Suspension Clunk/Rattle Noise
My Mom's Malibu has such a noise. I'm looking to see what the TSB says the noise is. If you know please post the cause and the solution here. Thanks so much. |

I'm not sure...
I'm not sure it's the same problem. But if there is a TSB then it has been identified as a common problem. That's why I want to know what this particular TSB says.

Re: clunking noise in front suspension
When is the clunking making noise? It might be a CV Joint.

it's happening mostly at lower speeds. It sounds like something loose in the glove box, but it's really coming from the engine area. I think it's a CV or some suspension component.
That's why I want someone with the Alldata file to post the TSB here. |

I hope your clunk is not as bad as mine was. The coil spring had broken in two, and every time I turned the steering wheel the two pieces sproinged.
