93 blazer exhaust manifolds

i have a 93 blazer w/4.3 vortec. today i went to a junk yard and seen some stock style headers on a old 4.3 w/ a 4 barrel. it is made out of metal pipe. it isnt cast. i was wondering if the manifolds i seen would add any performance compared to my stock manifolds.
