93 Daytona ES - Disguising items in the trunk
Ok, I recently purchased a 93 Daytona ES. Waiting for the title transfer etc. I am really excited to start driving this car, but I have one dissapointment. In my old car (92 Spirit) I had a nice trunk, in which I stored my tool box/Subwoofers. What I really would like to know, is there any way I would be able to have subwoofers in the back whilst being able to disguise them somehow so I can put my fears of theft aside? I can only think of using a black blanket to cover my box, but how would i be able to hide the wires/amp? If anybody has any pointers they would be greatly accepted, as i'm semi-clueless on what I'm going to do right now. If you're not a fan of big stereos, please don't pick on me.. I'm only 17 and I happen to like my bass

I would suggest doing some research and ebay shopping and find yourself a rear hatch cover.

Re: 93 Daytona ES - Disguising items in the trunk
ya i agree - i would would look for a real hatch cover- i have 2 but i dont really think i wanna sell one..... also i usually tint the back 3 windows so u cant see in there anyway....u can put 2% on the back an no-one will have a clue what u got back there - so you wouldnt even need a blanket...
good luck |
