2003 Yukon keyless entry problem
What seemed like a simple problem, my keyless entry stopped working on my 2003 Yukon. I thought I needed a new battery. Next I noticed the power door locks weren't working on the doors and the right front power window doesn't work. Normally when you turn off the key the radio stays(15 minutes) on until you open the door and you can still roll up the windows too. Now none of that works. My owners manual doesn't really give me a clue. Can't seem to find a fuse that is tied into all of these items.

Re: 2003 Yukon keyless entry problem
My guess would be the control module module for keyless entry. But since I'm not familiar with the 2003's, I wouldn't know if the window problem is tied to the keyless entry control module.
Unless you have a wiring diagram for the door locks and windows, the best bet is to take it to the dealer. |

I was looking through my manual the other day and I vaguely remember something about "resetting" the remote or something. It might be worth a shot to scan through the alarm section again to see what you can find.

I've had relay problems with my 03 Yukon remote keyless entry. 2 replacements in 12 months, last one within 3 months. Of course out of warranty now and GM Dealer wants $300+ to fix. Has GM had any campaigns on this.
