Power Window dead, 96 Century

Hi helpful people:
My passenger side front power window went down OK. But I had to press the button several times to get it up. Every time it went inches up and it had to rest for several minutes before it went up again.
And now it is compeletely dead. Does any one know what happened and how to fix it?

I had the same problem with my 97 century. Your window motor is dead, you'll have to change it.

yeah same with mine except drivers side window luckily i found a way around a new motor and had my father in law check the wiring and sodered(sp) few wires and bam worked like new
