Unhappy 91 buick century jerking/overloading gas help!!

I have a 91 buick. It has been acting up bad, first wouldnt run good at all changed catylitic conv, O2 sensor, MAF sensor the sensor right below that too. It is jerking when going down road and when you first start it and it is cold it will run for 2 or 3 min fine then when you take off you push gas down it sludges out then back off and it starts to go then when you get speed up a little it jerks. then go up hill and it runs like a charm. need this car bad to get back and forth to school!! please help my dad and I are running out of ideas but could it be the fuel pressure regulator? when I bought the car it had sat for a couple of years.
