91 Octane Gas turned on CEL, 2000 Millenia s
Strayed from the normal 94 Octane that I use at Sunoco. Tanked up at Canadain Tire due to lack of stations off the highway. Was OK until the bottom quarter, then the CEL popped on. Took it to Mazda right away, diagnostic came up as Bank 1 catalytic, low efficiency. It was reset I gassed it with Sunoco Gold 94 and haven't had trouble since. I will start carrying octane boost in the trunk in case same situation crops up again.... no good gas available. Any ideas to which may be the better boost on the market?
