?'s about painting my altezzas like a skyline

questions on painting altezzs skyline style

ok i taped off all the circles on my carbon fiber altezzas, i have the dark green plastic paint that matches my car but dont know if i should sand the background or primer and do i need the reverse light's (side markers) i was told i dont and painting over them would be easyer but dont wanna get pulled over daily for not haveng them

any one with pictures of finished product please post

don't do it. it would be really gay. why not just get stock tails and make them red on top and white on bottom or vise versa ... the way that makes emm look sexy. not gay with altezas or painted ones ... you have a maxima ... not a civic ... do the right thing. look clean.

95's and 96's can't use red/clears, unless you buy all clear tails and paint them that scheme.

here's a pic of what it looks like with painted altezza's. it's not too bad IMO. it looks a hell of a lot better than if you were put the regular altezza's in.




i'm pretty sure you'll need a few layers of some sort of primer before you go ahead and start painting.

ya i agree with jimmax...i hate altezzas on maximas...everytime i see them on a max i just ask why...but i swear i have seen 95-96 max's with red and clear tails...they are white on top red on bottom, i swear, ill look into that...but do whatever you desire...
