did you check your other blinkers maybe one it out causeing the other to speed up, that is usually the case.

The actual tail light is? Or the little arrow on the dash?

I know on my 95 EX, when the little arrow starts blinking super fast it means my rear blinker is dead.

the speed your arrow blinks is the same speed that your actual lights are blinking at.

its the actual light and uh gscivic my blinker ligt on the inside aint blinking fast..... but the one on the outside is so well u get the picture

So taillight fast
inside light normal
front blinker normal ????

GS, that's how I can tell it's out.. when the rear tail goes out the front starts blinking really fast.. had to get new wires for the rear, they kept blowing the bulbs.

yah i'm thinking he may have a different problem. Cause, from what i've been taught, they work on a huge circuit. So when the circuit is broken there isn't any resistance and it blinks faster inside and the actual lights.

If your blinker is blinking fast, it means one of them is burnt out. Your hazards are on the same circuit as your signals, so turn them on and walk around the car checking to see if all four are blinking.
