1998 Camry EGR problem

I read an article on MSN Auto rresearch today.

That says 1997-2002 V6 Camry has EGR issue and Toyota already issued an 8 years unlimited mileage goodwill repair for this problem.

I am asking if anyone has a engine problem of 198 Camry ?
Sometimes, the engine will stall and shake ?
Does Toyota will fix the problem for free ? But, I do'nt see it
in the recall list.
