Question BOV with an 95 Auto Talon

I'm very new to the car world so please enlighten me. I just recently looked at a 95 Talon for sale, and it has an automatic trans. Can you hear the BOV in between shifts? Lets say the BOV is a Greddy type s.

no, you wont be able to hear it because auto's will hold their boost inbetween shifts........ i think

yes, the BOV is not directly affected by the transmission, it actuated whenever you close the throttle under boost.

I've got a auto and the only time I hear the BOV is after boost is up, let off the gas and pressure is blown...ppsshhhhh
