Climate Control is Nuts!
My 94 GC Limited has a problem with the climate control and from what I'm told it's not all that uncommon. Sometimes the display reads "ER". I can rotate the temp control knob all the way to the left and then all the way to the right and everything works okay for a while. Also, sometimes for no reason hot air starts coming out of the A/C vents. After a few very hot seconds, it returns to normal. Anybody got any ideas or knows a good exorcist.

You need to get the codes.Press the ac and recirc buttons at the same time,hold them and give the temp knob one click clockwise.Let go of the buttons and then press the ac button once and it will display codes.

Checked Codes
I checked the codes on my Climate Control and they were 6 and 20. Which is Blend Air Door circuit open and not responding. Anybody know were the blend air door and related circuit is?

Its probably the blend door actuator.Its on the bottom of the heater case on the passenger side.There are 2 screws holding it on.Its pretty close to the floor so you might have a hard time with the screws.A lot of times if the ac drain is clogged,water drains right onto it so that is something to check.
