I was driving on the highway going about 80 mph then my car start shaking bad and felt like my car was going to explode. I smelled smoke and I pulled over. I opened the hood and it looked fine. I have no clue what is wrong it is in the auto shop.

motor
My motor smokes. My friends say that when i shift from 1st to 2nd really fast that it smokes. I really have no clue what color the smoke is though. My car runs so cold that i dont think it could be overheating. It could be my oil but even when i do change it, it still smokes a little. Think this could be a head gasket?
 Sorry....dont mean to double post.

My REX has left me stranded a few times.
Once when the clutch went out Again when the Igniter was malfunctioning. Again when the fuel pump was going out. This car is teaching me self control.
