Re: engine types

I don't know then? The picture clearly shows a SOHC engine, and I didn't know Integra had any SOHC after 1993. Give me a minute, and I'll try and look it up on the Net.

This was taken from the official Honda website.

Re: engine types

Yes. I saw that website, but again, his car is a '94. The last year I saw a single over head cam ZC in an Integra was the '93 DB generation. Show me a '94+ integra ZC! SOHC ZC!

Re: engine types

That link is for a '97 integra. Here click on 1997 and 1999 and you'll see the link I put up and the 1999 one both with ZC's http://asia.vtec.net/specs/integra/

Re: engine types

Not to be a asshole about this, but I couldn't find that info anywhere else on the web. Are we sure that isn't a mistake. I also spent 12 months in Japan and never saw such nonsense. True I didn't look under every hood, but I looked under my fair share.

Re: engine types

I don't know. Did you see this at the bottom of the '97 page: "Huh?? ZC is a SOHC?? Oh well, that's what the Honda of Japan website says..." And also not many people knew a d15b vtec even existed until hmotorsonline.com and other sites started selling it, so you never really know. And here's a link I found searching for "honda integra Ti" in google: http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/631712 It's got a stock SOHC (though it doesn't say it's a ZC).

Re: engine types

Does your car have the same front end as this one, or does it have the quad headlights. (Four little circles)
