Unless it's got the limited gold wheels the 1998 RS came with, I wouldn't consider it.
Depending on the mileage and history, the price may be alright, I know I got that on my 1998 as a trade-in last December so it's low for that matter.

Run a carfax.com report if you're serious about the car, don't consider it without one though.
