Whats the difference with a Berlinetta

whats the difference between a reg. camaro or z-28 and a berlinetta. i have a berlinetta and i never knew what i was ment for. i was told once its the girls z28. all i know, i had more balls then my z28. both 1985s

berlinetta was kind of like a luxury option sorta deal. it had alot of the fancy gadgets

it does have a dig speed-o and all that(never worked). power windows, and all funky stuff on the ceiling. how the motors anything different? i was told it has a 305 like every other camaro of that time. but i guess at 52K, the motor went and they either rebuilt it or put a new one in. i think it was a new one. i starting to think that maybe they put in a stock 350. or maybe if they rebuilt it, the bored it out and put some high proformance stuff on her.

it was just another type of camaro that was built in the mid 80s. it was a luxury type of package that never really took off, hence its demise...

I think they look worse than the reg and z camaro's, but thats my opinion. I very much dislike the grill openings on the slant back just above the...

i have a berlinetta with a 2.8l piece of shit but its putting out close to 200hp so i cant complain really but yeah they have a lot of extras that the z's dont
