putting stock emblems back on

someone jacked my gay red H on the back, anyways, what kinda sticky stuff can i use to put the old one back on????

Use 3M double sided tape, that's what was on them in the first place. You can get it anywhere, don't use glue or epoxy though('specially expoxy, could eat your paint!)

a friend of mine used regular elmers glue on his emblem, stuck on there for years and still going.

I know for fact it's not double sided tape and i'm not using any type of glue.

Sure it'll stick, but what happens if you ever want to take them off again, he could have problems if they're stuck on too well.

It is, it's a thick padded double sided backing and the 3M tape is the closest thing to what Honda put on the back of their badges, just cut it to fit and it works perfect. I've done this and no problems.

Well, if you're planning on painting some part of your car later on, you can also shave the emblem. Now that would be clean...

There is some stuff called "Goop" (i think that's correct) that you can buy at Home Depot. It works great.
