In need of desperate help!

As I was driving home tonight my speedometer, tachometer, fuel gauge, and temp gauge stopped working. After I got home and turned the car off I then started it back up to see if they would come back on. They didn't but the car will not shift into Reverse or further....

Any ideas on what caused this?????

Sounds like your speed sensor is bad.

Does the speed sensor also affect eh tachometer, fuel gauge, temo gauge and locks the shifter to go from Park to anyother gear...
