98 Plymouth Neon - Setting Clock + Speedometer..?

I just bought a used 98 Plymouth Neon yesterday, and it didn't come with an owner's manual.

I can't figure out how to set the damn clock, so if anyone can help that'd be great.

Also, while driving yesterday, my Speedometer dropped to zero, and would occasionally kick back up every once and awhile but fall again while I was driving. This morning, when I got back into the car, the speedometer was working fine. Does anyone know what's up with the speedometer?

If your Neon came with Chryslers newer radio system you should see two little buttons in the lower right hand side of the radio, one is for Hours (H) and the other for Minutes (M). Using a ball point pen you should be able to press these buttons in and set your time. As for the speedometer issue, sounds like the cable is dirty. You may have to have a mechanic clean the cable. Try these things and I think you will be very happy.
