metallic compounds

Which kind of compound for brakes would be the best for heavy daily driving? Also for clutches I've heard of organic and metallic. Which would be better?

Re: metallic compounds

I perfer semi-metalic for my daily driving, but they build up alot of brake dust. Other than that you can try and get those carbon-metalic or the carbonfiber pads. Both are kind of pricey but they are both pretty good.
