I need some help

I just got a 91' Cav. Great looking car, 2 Dr. Convertible. The only problems are this.
Low beams dont work
A/C only works on 4 not 1 2 or 3
Gas is leaking out like crazy
windows can barly move up
leaking in my car...could be because of the past hurricanes in Florida.
I need new seats.

i think thats about it...any help?

oh and was it a mistake to buy?

1. Check your bulb, sockets and fuses. Hurricanes force water into wierd places and short out things.
2. A/C needs a blower resistor module. Cheap and easy.
3. Where is the gas leaking? Tighten it up/ reseal it whatever it is.
4. Oil the window tracks and remove the door panels and oil/grease the gears.
5. Leaking could be from hurricanes. Dry things out and check seals. Check seals around the windshield these will leak into the front floorboard.
6. No mistake, just a 91 convertable in Fla.
