Where is the turn signal flasher?

I have just aquired a '93 GC and I need to know where the flasher unit for the turn signals is located. I suspect it is under the dash ,but if anyone knows it willsave an old man a lot of headstanding.Thanks in advance

It is behind a plastic cover by the flloor to the left of the brake pedal . This is the intermittent wiper module .

I found the named panel but no turn signal flasher.Any more suggestions?

It is a black box about 2" x 3" that 2 wiring plugs in at both ends . sorry that is all i know
