Best Turbo for a 95 civic dx (d15b7)

I don't really want to go over board with this car because it is not my car of choice but I would really like it to go faster and handle better on a somewhat limited budget. I was considering and engine swap a b18c5 or c1 but I want something that I can bolt on and have signifgant power increase. If someone could recomed a turbo kit or the best place to purchase one it would be greatly apreciated. I was also looking at turbocalculator.com and wondering has anyone purcahsed from here there prices are really low so i didn't know if they were legit. Also what is detonation and what can i do to prevent this, what other things should I lookout for when installing a turbo myself?
