Gauge Help

Hey Everyone,
I tried to replace the gauge lights this weekend on my 90 probe but i had trouble taking the dash off to even get to the lights. I took off all the screws and everything but the thing wouldn't come out. Does anyone know of any way to change the gauge lights or how to even get to them?
